Like a tangled ball of wool finding the end/beginning and unraveling it may initially seem overwhelming, often resulting in us suppressing the uncomfortable feelings.

Left suppressed and unattended it can't resolve itself, remaining forever a knot in the emotional body and affecting our present state of happiness and ability to be fully present in our lives and relationships.

Instead of ignoring the confusing tangle, which robs us from our true inner peace and happiness, be gentle and patient with yourself and follow the threads.
