Step 1 — After you post on Instagram, share your newest post to stories.

Step 2 — Look at previous posts and reply to all your unanswered comments. this will notify the authors of your comments and alert them to your new post.Step 3 — Set a timer, say 15 minutes, to engage with your feed.

Step 4 — Engage on your explore tab. spend another 10 - 15 min engaging.Step 5 — Go back to the post you just uploaded and check for comments and respond to increase engagement early on.Stop 6 — Remember, social media is about being social. you get back what you put in.

How to create an ENGAGING SUBJECT LINE for your e-newsletter 💻

👉🏼 Mailchimp recommends not more than 9 words – 60 characters. So keep it short and simple.

👉🏼 Use emojis where relevant to help your email subject line stand out from the crowd.

👉🏼 Try A/B testing.

👉🏼 Always include Preview Text - It’s that small bit of text after the subject line that displays in your email subscriber’s inbox before they click into the email. If you don’t customise your preview text, it’ll just pull from the beginning of your email.

👉🏼 FOMO, or Fear of Missing Out, is a great way to get subscribers invested in opening your email newsletter. Again, only when relevant and only when your email content is time sensitive ⏰ Opening an “urgent” email to discover there’s no real urgency in the email body will backfire on your marketing campaign 😬

Don’t buy a mailing list 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

This will end up with your email being left in A LOT of SPAM folders 😬

You should only market to people who have actively signed up to your newsletter – that is your “hot audience” and you are more likely to get a sale from them.

Ok I know it’s been a while 🙃 BUT I’ve honestly had to take some time to think about what it is I can give back on this platform. Which actually sounds funny to me because I manage so many instagram accounts that leaves very little time to share BUT things are going to change around here 👀

I’ve taken the time to evaluate myself and my skill set as I would any of my clients and I’ve decided I can provide most value to you by sharing my expertise in e-newsletter marketing 📧

I still firmly believe this is one of the best ways to engage with your demographic 💰 and given I’m also creating e-newsletters EVERY DAY for clients, I’m going to share my tips 👏🏼

WHY USE E-NEWSLETTERS?👇🏼👇🏼Other than the fact that emails are you direct communication link to actively interested customers…
1. There are 3.9 billion daily email users. This number is expected to climb to 4.3 billion by 2023. (Statista, 2020). Currently there are just over 1 billion Instagram users.
2. According to a study by Emarsys, 80% of business professionals believe that email marketing increases customer retention.
3. 78% of marketers have seen an increase in email engagement over the last 12 months, according to Hubspot Marketing. This is because consumers continue to prefer connecting with brands via email. When you build a relationship directly with the consumer, it’s authentic. They trust in your product and services and that is invaluable to a company.
4. Further to this, studies conducted by Hubspot show 49.5% of marketers planned on raising their email marketing budget, so companies who don’t at least match the efforts of their competitors could risk falling behind. FOMO anyone?
