I’ve mostly stopped offering seasonal items as a business, because I realised I’d rather slow down and enjoy these holidays with my own children than pull all-nighters baking things for other families. No regrets (those little ones grow up so fast 😢), and it’s finally given me space to enjoy seasonal baking again. All three of my boys declared this year’s HCBs my best yet 🤩 first time using a tangzhong, and it makes such a difference! Day three and we’re still eating them fresh, not toasted ☁️👌🏻
