Breeding house reared Scottish Fold and Scottish Shorthair Cats in Western Australia I have been breeding cats for over 30 years.

I am a Council member of CatsWA and an Australian Cat Federation Allbreeds Judge. All my kittens are sold vaccinated, wormed, chipped, sterilisation arranged and with papers. All my kittens are house reared.

Cat breeding can be bittersweet. There are many highlights, probably the best one being the safe arrival of kittens. However, with their arrival of new life there is the inevitable pain of saying goodbye. Yesterday, we said goodbye to our sweet Amity. She has been a part of our life for fifteen years. She was the sweetest cat. Like her father, Hagrid, she loved everybody and in her later years, she was also a very respected member of our feline household. Amity was a beautiful cat inside and out. There were always kisses available for anyone. She had the loudest snore of any cat we have ever had, and the greatest purr as well. She had only one litter of kittens, but that gave us our Zelda, which was all that we could ask. A Supreme in show at least five times, in her later years she enjoyed riding "shot gun" on our long trips to Busselton. We could not have asked for a more perfect cat. The house is too quiet without her.

Wish me luck for next weekend! Bonnie is in her first show for a year. Our naughty girl is too busy to eat, so it’s hard to keep weight on her, then last month she was given a big scratch on her chest - probably from being cheeky to one of the other cats, then she lost all the fur off the top of her paws (we think sticking them under a door), but at this moment in time she’s presentable. I just hope she behaves herself.

Sorry, it’s a long video, but it was too cute to edit. So, the husband just had a birthday, hence the balloons, and he also has a rubber duck Advent calendar this year. This is the outcome. We have ducks attached to balloons all over the house. Captain Jack and Will Turner are loving it. I caught this fun interaction when the balloon became caught on a chair. This litter have been so much fun. They are the first litter that have learnt to switch on the Roomba. It goes off all hours of the day - the upside is, our floors are super clean!
