Campbell, a final-year U17 rider in the Junior Cycling Academy, recently dropped in at Exercise Institute to dial in his new TT bike with our expert bike fitter Paul Merkes (PhD).
With age-specific regulations to consider, the session focused on optimising his position for comfort, aerodynamics, power and compliance.

The Don bagged his 2nd UCI Top ten for the year - in his first pro season!
Over a 1km that suited our 18 year old battler perfectly, Donovan pumped out 11w/kg for a minute to land himself in the hot seat for much of the afternoon.
The continues today & Saturday with 360km left to race...

A huge weekend for Exercise Institute athletes at , with strong performances across the board at one of Australiaโs biggest gravel events.
Highlights included:
โข Sam Davis (): 1st Men 35โ39, World Championship qualification, and a time that would have placed him mid-pack in the elite field
โข Sid Hills: 2nd U19 and 2nd fastest overall in the FIVE event
โข Jon Gregg: 1st in his age category (Jon accesses our gym service with Lindo weekly!)
โข Strong performances across the whole EI group
โข Multiple PBs, World Championship qualifications, and first-time finishers
Great to see months of consistent preparation come together across such a broad range of athletes and goals.
