However, their true calling was always to address mental health, leading to the evolution of the business into ‘M Power Wellness.’ This unique endeavor offers a diverse array of therapies, including talk therapy, sound therapy, EFT, and movement therapy, all aimed at assisting individuals in overcoming grief, loss, anxiety, trauma, and various troubling emotional patterns.

With an unconventional, “think outside the box” approach to counseling, M Power Wellness provides one-on-one, couples, and support group counseling, yoga and sound therapy sessions, personal development workshops, and holistic health and wellness programs, making it a holistic haven for those seeking both physical and mental well-being transformation.
