And that’s a wrap! After 15 incredible years and $4.2 million raised for Solaris Cancer Care, the Red Sky Ride comes to a historic end.

The Red Sky Ride team extends our sincere thank you to all the wonderful riders, organisers, sponsors, volunteers, donors, and everyone who has supported our ride in any way over the years. Thank you for sharing our goal of supporting people with cancer and helping us achieve our fundraising goals every year. From 24 - 27 February, an amazing group of 32 cyclists banded together to cycle for 650km and 175km through the southwest of WA with one goal: to raise funds for Solaris Cancer Care.

$229,000 was raised this year, bringing the total over 15 years to an incredible $4.2m. These funds have been vital in helping Solaris expand their outreach to support those affected by cancer in regional WA.

A special shout-out to all the riders, sponsors, volunteers, sponsors and everyone who donated and participated the Red Sky Ride fundraising events - thank you for making the 15th anniversary ride a special one. ❤️🚴

“2 in 5 people will get cancer, so if you’re lucky enough not to get diagnosed with cancer at some stage in your life, it’s likely a loved one will get diagnosed. That being said, West Australians are motivated people, and the Red Sky Ride is a great opportunity to make a big difference to Cancer Care in WA.”
- Kane Blackburn, cancer survivor and rider for the 2022 Red Sky Ride
