We are seeking a proactive and organised Legal Assistant to join our close-knit team.

You’ll support our lawyers by assisting with file management, drafting correspondence, preparing court documents, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

What we’re looking for:

🌿Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

🌿Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

🌿Previous experience in a legal support role (preferred but not essential)

🌿A professional, positive, and team-focused approach

🌟ADMIN ASSISTANT | We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has the ability and initiative to work autonomously and independently.
You are expected to uphold confidentiality on all matters, be organised and demonstrate initiative. Training, support, and assistance will be provided.

Responsibilities
🌱Handle and coordinate active calendars
🌱Schedule and confirm meetings
🌱Interact with clients and maintain confidentiality
🌱Ensure file organisation and management based on office protocol
🌱Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
