🏳️ Slow Cooker Chilli 🏳️
Ingredients:
500g 5% lean beef mince
1 tin diced tomatoes (400g)
1 tin black beans (400g) – drained
1 chilli con carne seasoning sachet
1 medium onion
1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 garlic cloves)
1 tbsp tomato paste (15g)
100ml water + beef stock

(For serving)
150g dry white rice
60g grated cheese (20g per portion)

‼️Cook 4–5 hours on low or 2.5–3 hours on high‼️

Per serving (3 servings)

Calories: 560kcal
Protein: 46g
Carbs: 55g
Fat: 16g

Josh moved to the far side of the world and didn’t let himself go. In fact he’s stronger than ever and starting to lean up nicely.
