BEST SHAPE of my life when I changed these 3 things 👇

For years, I thought the answer was to train harder, eat less, and do more.
Instead, I was holding myself back.

1️⃣ I stopped under-fuelling my body.
I was skipping meals, trying to eat as little as possible, and wondering why my workouts felt hard and my results were slow. Once I started eating enough protein, carbs, and whole foods to fuel my training, everything changed.

2️⃣ I stopped jumping from workout to workout.
Every Monday I was convinced I needed a new program because I wasn’t seeing results fast enough. The truth? Fitness progress comes from consistency, not constantly starting over. Sticking to a structured strength training plan was a game changer.

3️⃣ I stopped training 7 days a week.
I thought more workouts meant better results. Instead, I was tired, sore, exhausted, and constantly chasing recovery. Building muscle and getting stronger requires rest days, recovery, and giving your body time to adapt.

The biggest lesson?
Getting leaner, stronger, and healthier wasn’t about doing more.
It was about eating enough, staying consistent, and allowing recovery.
Sometimes the things we think are helping our fitness goals are actually the things holding us back.

healthy eating finally stuck 👀

I used to think I needed more discipline to stay on track with my nutrition.
