Pull down all finished up ✅️

We replaced this old section of ceiling that had given way with new 10mm plasterboard and insulation, all flushed and corniced with a plasterglass cornice called Stegbar to match into the existing perfect 👌

10mm wet area plasterboard with the plastic p50/shadowline bead all flushed up 👌
Supply and installed ready for paint ✅️

Here's a shed flipped into a living space that we've just recently completed. Everything from the timber stud framing, cavity slider door frames, insulation, fixed and flushed the 10mm wet area plasterboard for the wet area's and the rest of the job was upgraded to 13mm plasterboard, as well as the 75mm cornice, all sanded ready for the tiling and painting stages ✅️

It all turned out very nice, and I can't wait to see it all finished off 👌

Replaced the lounge room ceiling on this one with a ceiling rose that we also installed chosen by the owner. Turned out quite nice 👌

Garage ceiling replacement ✅️

As you can tell, this ceiling was definitely only just hanging in. We removed what was left and cleared the existing ceiling. Then we supplied and installed a new 10mm plasterboard ceiling with insulation and 75mm cove to finish it all off, flushed and sanded ready for paint.

Another job in East Vic Park is all complete.

In order to sort this one, we had to remove the cornice, beads, and plasterboard to prep for reinstallation. Once removed and working out the lintels over the doors/window from one side of the room to the other side at the kitchen was over 15mm out, the only way to keep everything at the same height was to reline under the kitchen bulkhead which then meant we had to reline the side of the fridge recess to keep the margins around the cupboard doors the same.

Supply and install the external corner and stop beads ✅️
Supply and install Bulkhead with flush mount Rangehood ✅️
All sanded and ready for paint 🤌

A simple bulkhead install that turned out to be not so simple, after realising the walls don't quite line up. Think the brickies were definitely on the p**s for this one 😅

A nice job we have completed over the break. Alfresco and Garage with additional Storage room, finished with 55mm Cove cornice. We also installed 7.5mm Blue Board to the exterior of the Store room, ready for Texture Coating. 👌👌👌
