Day 1 of Round 2 of the Australian Rally Championship - the Forrest Rally. Our first proper rally experience and what a way to kick it off.

Awesome seeing so many incredible Subarus in action and getting to meet the teams behind them. Huge day, great atmosphere, and plenty of rally appreciation all around.

From the winding roads to the rally atmosphere, there’s nothing quite like seeing the Australian Rally Championship hit WA. Big thanks to Maximum Motorsport and Subaru Australia for having us along for the weekend.

If you spot the Rexpo crew around Busselton or the stages, come say hi. Here’s to good company, loud Subarus, and an epic weekend of rally action.

A solid day working on Project RS today. Huge thanks to DriveTek for helping tidy up the wiring, fitting a new security system, and recommissioning the central locking.

I also spent some time tackling the engine bay. Big thanks to Christopher from Tassie for sending over a factory airbox and piping - great to see some more original parts going back into the car.

Still a long way to go, but bit by bit we’re making progress.

The Australian Rally Championship is coming to WA from 22nd–24th May, and our friends at Maximum Motorsport and Subaru Australia have invited us to attend.

The official rally launch will take place in Busselton on Friday 22nd May from 6–7pm near the Busselton Jetty.

On Saturday 23rd May, there will be three rally stages to check out, along with an opportunity to visit the Service Park at Nannup Golf Course around 11:45am.

With the WRX Challenge cars in full swing, it would be great to see a strong turnout of Subaru cars and enthusiasts across the weekend.

If you’re keen to come along, leave a comment below and organise a few mates for a weekend cruise down south.
