Today I’m on-site today at Monterey Bay on Port Mandurah for an official onboarding walkthrough.
Paperwork is great, but "eyes on" is better. We’re deep-diving into the building’s physical health to make sure maintenance is proactive, not reactive.

What does a Strata Manager actually look for on their first site visit?
Before we can manage a property effectively, we need to understand how it runs — from the ground up.
When we visit a new site for the first time, we’re checking:
💧 Water meters
⚡ Electricity boards
🗑️ Bin areas
🚪 Entry points
🅿️ Parking layouts
Each visit helps us map out how the property functions day-to-day, identify potential issues early, and set the foundation for smooth, proactive management.
Because great strata management starts long before the first meeting, it starts on site.
