Some of you may have heard that Estimating Solutions Group, MDC Global, and FDG Group were about to undergo a major transformation... Well, we are ecstatic to announce that today we have officially rebranded under the one company, now known as Decobu!

At Decobu we Design, we Cost, you Build. Decobu was founded to improve the continuity of two main factors of every project: cost and design. Our purpose is to bring these two components together to improve the construction industry by developing accurately detailed cost plans and cost-effective performance designs.

Decobu

MDC Global was engaged by Olk + Associates for the electrical communication design documentation for the Rio Tinto Ti Tree Rail Camp Accommodation Village Expansion. Our team are currently providing construction support for this project.

The expanded rail camp supports a peak workforce of more than 300 people completing future rail maintenance and upgrade works on the Tom Price to Cape Lambert rail line.

Nido Early School Palmyra opened its doors on November 29th!

This facility involved adapting and repurposing a heritage-listed corner delicatessen and antique shop into a lovely centre that provides opportunities for children aged six weeks to school age to create, explore, learn, and grow.

MDC Global is delighted to have been able to assist FDC Construction & Fitout with the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic design of this one-of-a-kind facility.

Bayswater Waves is well known as one of the best wave pools in Perth.

In 2020 and earlier this year, our team supported GFG Consulting & GFG Temp Assist with the Bayswater Waves refurbishment, which includes upgrades to the 25m pool and the conversion of two hydrotherapy disabled/ family change rooms to create one universally accessible change facility. We assisted by providing hydraulic engineering support services.

Refurbishment works began in July 2021, with the expectation that these works will run for the remainder of 2021. It will be fantastic to see the final result, which will provide an even better experience for the community.

MDC Global assisted Whitehaus with the electrical and mechanical designs for the new library facilities at Mills Park. The refurbishing of the existing Kenwick Library building and adjacent Kenwick Community Centre is also a part of this redevelopment.

The $1.12 million project aims to improve library services for the Kenwick and Beckenham communities and provide the Kenwick residents with an upgraded community centre.
