Working… or hardly working? 💪📊
At WA Health Group, we don’t guess. We measure.
Last week, our Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology teams took part in an in-house VALD technology training session led by Josh Wong and Nic Foster, focused on sharpening how we assess, treat, and track client progress.
Using VALD assessment systems, the team upskilled in:
✔️ Capturing objective strength data
✔️ Identifying asymmetries and performance deficits
✔️ Monitoring rehab progress with clarity
✔️ Making return-to-sport and return-to-work decisions with greater confidence
This means your rehab is guided by measurable data.
By integrating precise strength and movement metrics into care, we’re enhancing treatment accuracy, improving accountability, and helping you return to activity stronger, safer, and more confident.

Strong bodies. Confident movers. Healthy habits for life.
Our Teen Strength & Conditioning Group Classes help growing athletes build strength, coordination, and confidence — safely and correctly.
Led by qualified physiotherapists, each session is designed specifically for teens and focuses on:
• Building strength, speed, and power for sport
• Learning correct technique early (before bad habits form)
• Reducing injury risk during growth spurts
• Developing confidence and lifelong exercise habits
Whether your teen is new to training or already competing, this is a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment to help them move better and feel stronger.

✨ Welcome to the WA Health Group - our new team members ✨
We’re excited to welcome a number of new clinicians joining us in 2026 across our south of the river clinics.
Our growing team includes physios, exercise physiologists, and podiatrists, all coming together with one shared goal — helping our clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
They recently attended a team induction with Lennon and Samy, getting to know how we work, what we stand for, and how we support each other to deliver great care every day.
If you see a new face in the clinic, say hello!

Our Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and General Manager, Samy Boutros, kicked off WA Health Group’s contribution to CHEL (Community Health, Education & Leadership) earlier this week by delivering our first session with 4th year Curtin Physiotherapy students for 2026.
We’re proud to be actively involved in educating and mentoring the next generation of clinicians. For us, this isn’t just about teaching it’s about raising the standard of care across the profession and investing in the future of allied health.
