This GIANT hairball was pulled out of a Perth wastewater pump station recently. Shockingly, it's just one of the many giant ‘pipe monsters’ found blocking our drains. 🤢

With a cleanup cost of $3.3 million, the Water Corporation says wastewater drain blockages spiked during COVID-19 lockdown.

"Things like wet wipes, nappies, sanitary products, toys, money, even a bedsheet, people's mobile phones, sometimes the odd engagement ring — you know, all those things shouldn't be going down the toilet," the Water Corporation's Clare Lugar said.

The grubby matter — mixed with oils, grease and fats that wash down the sink — result in fatty lumps of hard and pungent crud which blocks pipes and triggers sewerage spills.

This will save the customer $$$ on their gas bill
A gas unit could not go back in the same spot as it would not be legal with in that position it would need to have been moved
So the best option here was the heat pump
