A Loggerhead in that Ningaloo blue 💙

My favourite thing about the ocean - it’s ability to make you feel so small, humble and utterly connected. There is so much to explore and interactions with marine life are always so unique 🐋

Polar Bears will eat almost anything as they wait for the water to freeze over in Hudson Bay, even kelp! Once the ice is thick enough, they’ll disperse onto the frozen sea in search for seals. Being heavily reliant on the sea ice, climate change reduces their frozen hunting grounds every year and challenges their physiological thresholds for how long they can fast.

Do you ever look up at the stars and are reminded of how we are all part of something so much bigger? We are tiny fragments on our beautiful blue planet floating around in space, alive because our planet has the perfect conditions to support life. We need to return the favour and support our planet to maintain this perfect balance.

Heaven is the Ningaloo

A free fall of 70m , Brandywine Falls is just one of the many extraordinary waterfalls in Canada. Making you feel incredibly small in the eyes of Nature.

Reflections in the stillness of Emerald Lake 🌄 It’s easy to get lost in this chaotic world. Make the time to be still in nature. Stillness allows us to see our true reality, to see our truest selves more clearly, just like reflections in still water.

What a palette! The colours of the Peron Peninsula will take your breath away.

Hot tip: spend about an hour at the Skipjack Point lookout in Francois Peron National Park. Your patience will be well worth it! 😍

I’m grateful for all the people in my life that have enriched this challenging year.
Many people want to forget this year altogether but I don’t think we should. I think we’ve learnt a lot more this year then any other in our lifetime!

Like most animals, most injuries only occur from black bears when you crowd, try to feed them or when a protective mum has cubs. I was happy crouching down with my zoom lens admiring this beautiful bear munching away in the mountains.
