🎂 37 years. 37km. 🏃‍♂️

Today, I wanted to do something a little special for my birthday. Since running has become such a big part of my life, I thought, why not run 1km for every year I’ve been alive?

So today, I ran 37km to celebrate 37 years.

It wasn’t about the pace or the distance. It was about celebrating how far I’ve come not just as a runner, but as a person.

Getting older isn’t something to be afraid of. It’s a reminder that we’re still here, still moving, still growing, and still capable of doing things we once thought were impossible.

Here’s to another year of chasing goals, pushing limits, and simply being grateful for the body that lets me keep moving.

37 years old. 37km. And I’m just getting started.

Every family has that one unstable child… mine just happens to think running 10km, lifting heavy s**t and suffering for fun is a personality. 😂

But giving up? That’s never an option. 💪🏾

The message is simple. “How bad do you really want it?”
