Continuum Energy, a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Biomatlink (Thailand), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at driving innovation and promoting green technology in the field of waste-to-energy and circular economy solutions in Thailand as part of the BioHub Asia initiative. 🌏

This collaboration signifies a shared vision and commitment to sustainability, international cooperation, and the advancement of environmentally friendly technologies. The agreement establishes the framework for cooperation, coordination, and resource-sharing with the prime objectives as follows:

- To explore and identify mutually beneficial project opportunities to secure and execute waste-to-energy and sustainability project initiatives. ♻

- To foster the exchange of information, knowledge, and expertise in the strategic development of waste-to-energy and sustainability projects, incorporating the strengths of both parties in project development, engineering, production, and supporting consulting services. 🤝

To fulfil these objectives, Continuum Energy will utilise its extensive professional expertise and global strategic networks. This will involve offering technical advisory and guidance for the development of waste-to-energy and sustainability projects.

Biomatlink, will provide its in-country expertise, supporting infrastructure, waste sourcing and off taking capabilities to facilitate successful commercialisation of waste-to-energy and other circular economy projects mutually identified and agreed to in Thailand.

This momentous occasion marks the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at driving innovation and promoting green technology in the field of refuse-derived fuel (RDF) production and its associated circular economics.

This collaboration between Continuum Energy (CE) and BRIN was formalised in Jakarta, Indonesia between directors Dr. Nugroho Adi Sasongko (BRIN) and Mr. Ramon Skåne (CE), and carries several key objectives:

1. Exploring Project Opportunities: The partnership seeks to explore and identify mutually beneficial project opportunities for RDF, waste-to-energy and its circular economics, not only in Indonesia but also in other agreed-upon locations. By leveraging each other's expertise, the aim is to develop innovative solutions that address waste management challenges and contribute to social, economic and environmental sustainable development. ♻️

2. Long-term Cooperative Relationship: Establishing a long-term cooperative strategic business relationship is a vital aspect of this collaboration. By joining forces, Continuum Energy and BRIN aim to secure and execute projects throughout the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, driving forward the adoption of waste-to-energy technologies and circular economy principles. 🤝

3. Sharing Knowledge and Expertise Exchange: Both parties are committed to mutual information sharing, knowledge exchange, and expertise in the strategic development of waste-to-energy and circular economy practices. This collaboration enables the incorporation of engineering, research and production expertise from both Continuum Energy and BRIN to create efficient Eco-Fuel, RDF and waste-to-energy systems and the necessary supporting infrastructure. 🔎

4. Formalizing the Strategic Alliance: Over the course of the next 12 months, Continuum Energy and BRIN intend to work together to develop a formal strategic alliance document. This document will serve as an additional framework to the MoU and LoI, providing a comprehensive and structured formal agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the strategic alliance. It will set the stage for a long-term collaborative and mutually beneficial accord, guiding both parties towards their shared goals and objectives. 🌏

5. Achieving a Win-Win Situation: The goal of the strategic alliance agreement is to create a win-win situation for sustainability and innovative new green technology within the APAC region.
