Not one for a Final Good-Bye, Sam has kept her finish date quiet, she has asked us to share this with you all 🥹

To all the Clients that have walked through the door in the last four years.
We have had some amazing, kind hearted people with incredible stories. We have had a lot of laughs. We have also had some very somber moments. All of you will stay with me.
There have been some very personal moments. We have lost several people that we will miss greatly.
I would like to thank all of you for feeling comfortable enough with me to let me in.
I would also like to thank those who helped me through some of my difficulties by being there just to listen. Also for kindly listening to my stories.

We wish Sam all the best as she takes on her next challenge with dog training, keep an eye out for her whipping all those naughty puppies in line!

Head 2 Toe Wellness Solutions is looking for a friendly, reliable and organised casual receptionist to join our welcoming allied health team in Mirrabooka!

Half-day, weekday shifts are available:

🕗 Morning shift: 8:00am–1:00pm
🕐 Afternoon shift: 1:00pm–6:00pm

This role would suit someone who enjoys helping people, provides excellent customer service and can confidently manage a busy reception environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

✅ Welcoming clients and managing reception
✅ Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
✅ Booking and changing appointments
✅ Processing payments and private health claims
✅ Supporting our physiotherapists, massage therapists and wider team
✅ Completing general reception and administrative duties
✅ Helping keep the clinic organised and running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who is:

⭐ Warm, professional and compassionate
⭐ Reliable and punctual
⭐ Organised with excellent attention to detail
⭐ Confident using computers and learning new systems
⭐ Comfortable communicating by phone, email and in person
⭐ Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

Previous reception, administration, healthcare or Cliniko experience would be helpful, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

We're looking for people to take part in an exciting Curtin University Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT) trial being conducted by our physiotherapist, Angie, as part of her advanced training.

You may be eligible if you:
✅ Have had back pain for MORE than 3 months
✅ Have never seen Angie before for physiotherapy
✅ Are interested in participating in a Curtin University research trial
