My post a few days ago reached 3,493 people - Liked by 81 + people - indicating there are people out there wanting to be fit and looking for an alternative. I ran across some The Ring people recently who said boxing has got too expensive and are paying $70 a fortnight with thoughts to stop. Well you may be interested in this. I spoke to management and they will give all The Ring former members and friends 1 year FULL membership for $30 a fortnight. Thats an excellent deal. Open 24/7 - and look what you get ! - on new equipment - and with very good instructors.
Since The Ring closed a year ago we have joined LOFTUS GYM - Corner of Loftus St and Vincent West Perth and it is very very good. We go every single day - weights one day - spin cardio the next - boxing the next - core the next - or a combination of each.
Check the photos I took last night. Best kept secret - never over busy. Cardio - Strength - toning - fun - options every day.
If we can get a big number to join they will put on a scheduled boxing class each week - and we will take it !!
Best thing about Loftus ? - 1000 parking bays - friendly atmosphere - great training options daily - 24/7 - PLUS they have team sports = volleyball - soccer - basketball - (we can also form some teams and get competitive on the volleyball courts)
Anyway - no pressure - but $15 a week is excellent value for these modern and great facilities. - I asked the question of management - and + HERES THE DEAL YOU ARE BEING OFFERED -

Wellllllllll.......Hasn't that time gone quick !!! Today is the one year anniversary of The Ring closing. I hope all our people are going great and training hard. I know I have seen quite a few who have stopped training altogether. BUT WAIT ....and alternative is just around the corner. Stand by. Don't renew a long term membership with anyone just now. In the next week I will be back on this page with ...An Offer You Can't Refuse.... Those who have dropped out of training....it's almost time for you to return...for those who tried other places....stand by becasue there is an alternative and it is what you have been looking for. And ...it is cheaper in your pocket.
One year ago today ...we closed due to venue and operating costs being ridiculous....Plus ....those dammmmm tow trucks that caused major parking difficulties in John Street. Well...parking won't ever be a problem again....and the cost to your pocket is going to be attractive.
And the alternative training options available will let you pick and choose a great training routine every day so it's not boring or repetitive.

Wow... hey Fighters....looks like you are currently ""spoilt for opportunities !! Anarchy opened their doors to our members last week....and tomorrow Lio and Jenny open POLYPRIDE Boxing at 6 Church Street Northbridge which is only one kilometre from The Ring gym ... off Newcastle Street and easy to find.. I'm sure Lio and Jen will carry on The Ring format so you know what you will be in for. Classes are the same times as The Ring at 6am, 5.15 pm and 6.15pm so don't stop training. Stay involved and don't drop off !!!

Set the alarm !! Quick !! ....7am and 8am.....then relax.

I'm doing the double. That's how to stretch it out as long as possible. Do the double ...you know you want to !!

4 sessions to go. 6am and 5.30pm Friday......then Saturday will wrap up 7 years with two final classes... 7am and 8am.

Hey Fighters... just watching 28 boxers going for it under the guidance of Lio...with another big class gathering for the 6.15pm. I feeling a little sad....But happy with familiar faces coming in to work hard. This morning Matt visited for the morning class after an absence of over 2 years ...Great to see... once upon a time we had a very regular team of morning people that stuck together for several years. Jo, Jackie, Peter.....oh ..I'm feeling sad again.
No not really....happy at all the people who have passed through The Ring and hope we made a difference to their lives !!! Come on...come in and say farewell ...Guarantee we will make it hard for you to walk the next day !

Well that's day one down and dusted...great classes ....keep it up all week.
Thanks to Anacrchy...next week will be free for all The Ring people so I hope you take advantage of that offer to take a look at Anarchy and try a different venue with good training.
The Ring next week will resemble a demolition area with the main hall floor being lifted and replaced and the back room will be full of a dismantled boxing ring and boxing bag frames and bags.
I don't think Lio will be conducting sessions in there next week as it stands ...so be mindful of that. OK... The rest of the week will be a ripper....starting in the morning with ME ! Come on..set the clock and let's Rumble. !!
