Many people think it's better to wait until summer to get their carpets cleaned. And look, I get it. It feels like the more appropriate time intuitively, but when you understand what a carpet is on a fundamental level, it's basically an indoor air filter-- and that air filter doesn't care what time of the year it is. It's full when it's full.
You might even find that getting them cleaned significantly improves the air quality throughout your home until summer hits.
We generally recommend getting them done every 6 months if you have kids and pets, or every 12 months if you live alone.
