Out the back with Jack

It’s Wednesday night again 🥳 the 5th beach picnic night! While I have missed one so far, its definitely a ‘not to be missed’ date on my calendar 😌

Parked up so the back of the Troopy opens up to the beach… such a beautiful space to sit and reflect on the day, and soak up the fresh salty air, enjoy the last rays of sunshine, and savour the beach vista.

A decadent dinner menu hastily bought on the way, thanks Coles! … a raspberry danish,luxurious chocolate mousse and fresh blueberries, washed down with an ice cold beer.

Waves languidly lap the shore… it’s right on high tide.

It’s a pretty calm evening here at The Spot and most of the car parks are taken… just one or two left for latecomers.

We’re minutes from sunset… that everyday event where we in WA are blessed to witness the sun sinking below the horizon, over the ocean.

The sunlight shimmers on top of the waves as they break before the shore… a gorgeous yellow golden hue darkening as the sun sinks beneath the sea… another exquisite picnic evening draws to an end 🤩

All good vehicle builds begin with research… and where better? So many amazing setups! 🤩
