I want to share a secret .. If you want to be successful, do not chase success. Learn to become a person of value and the rest will take care of itself.
It’s not the time you give in your job, business or relationships, it’s the value you bring that counts.
So, if your a property manager, sales rep, manager, admin , any position really, and your asking for pay rises because you put in so much time and effort...your unlikely to achieve it.
Instead, focus on the value you bring that’s unique to you, ask yourself what that is worth to the company and then go in to your pitch.
You are not paid for time, you’re paid according to your value.

Nothing great comes inside your comfort zone.
If you want growth in any area of your life, start getting comfortable, being uncomfortable.
One of the greatest downfalls in a property management industry is that no one likes to feel incompetent. Most PMs will go about their day just procrastinating over things instead of simply asking questions. Or, make themselves busy with so many “other” things to avoid the one truly important thing that needs to be done.
So, let us help you. Today challenge yourself to be ok feeling uncomfortable and ask 5-10 new questions that will help advance you no matter how uncomfortable you feel it is to ask.
Bonus tip: don't just ask about ”how” things are done but rather ”why” they are done this way.
