A few months ago, we had the privilege of collaborating with and , who offered us a safe and welcoming space to trial a workshop close to our hearts. 🌱
Titled ‘Reflection — Portal to Self’, the workshop brought together local creatives in Boorloo (Perth) for honest, raw conversations about our inner self-dialogue. Together, we explored how we speak to ourselves, reflected on ways to foster kinder, more constructive inner conversations, and shared ideas for navigating self-reflection.
Now, this journey continues with our new installation at ’s Blooming Suburbs this weekend. As an extension of Reflection — Portal to Self. Head down this weekend to be part of this evolving conversation and contribute to our ongoing collective expression.
Join us this weekend to connect, reflect, and explore together.

A Huge Thank You & Exciting Updates! ✨
We are beyond grateful for the support from our previous crowdfunding campaign, and we're thrilled to continue collaborating with local lartists 💛
I first met Joanna, The Gallery J during my journey with Propel, right in the midst of Lume’s launch. Over the past 2.5 years, she’s been more than just a friend—she's been a rock in my daily life, my work-wife during my time in Propel, and a constant source of inspiration. Watching her grow and blossom her own creative career has been nothing short of incredible. Words can’t express how proud and excited I am to see her take the stage with her first solo exhibition!
Lume Collective is honoured to back Joanna and collaborate on a special community installation as part of her exhibition, "Blooming Suburbs." 🌸 This installation continues my personal exploration of inner dialogues post collective one, and will be a collection of stories that advocate for raw, beautiful conversations in the mental health space. More info to come as that date draws closer!
📍 Where: 14 Claude St., Burswood
📅 When: 23-24 November 2024
Head to our pinned post for more exhibition details. Free entry—everyone’s welcome! Bring your friends, family, and let’s celebrate our community together! 💐
Thanks for the lovely photo! ayo.busari

If you haven’t heard of us, Lume Collective Perth is a captivating visual anthology, a vital bridge, and growing community for storytellers, artists, and audiences. Established in 2021, Lume Co. is devoted to not only providing a platform for artists, but also being a resonating voice that raises awareness and advocates for crucial discussions on mental health and faith within both individuals and communities. By fostering an environment of authenticity, it stands as a nurturing haven for unfiltered conversations, an embodiment of celebrating openness and embracing vulnerability in its purest form.
