Successful coaches are not always the most talented.
They are often the ones who keep showing up.
They post even when engagement is low.
They network even when it feels uncomfortable.
They tell people what they do.
They have conversations.
They stay visible.
Confidence does not always come first.
Many successful coaches have doubts. The difference is they take action anyway.
The coaches who grow their business are usually the ones who consistently put themselves out there and clearly communicate who they help and how they help them.
Keep showing up.
Keep sharing your message.
Keep having conversations.
Your next client may be one conversation away.
You DON'T Need a HUGE Audience!
You do not need a huge audience to be successful as a coach.
That belief keeps so many coaches stuck.
They look at follower counts.
They look at comments.
They look at someone else's visibility.
Then they think they are too far behind.
But a large audience does not always mean a strong coaching business.
Some coaches have smaller audiences and still have real clients, strong offers and consistent income.
So instead of only chasing more people, start with what you have got.
Look at the people already around you.
Look at who already knows you.
Look at who already trusts you.
That is often the best place to begin.
Coaches need coaches too.
Not because they are failing.
Not because they do not know enough.
But because we all have things we cannot see clearly when we are too close to them.
Sometimes it is a mindset block.
Sometimes it is a confidence wobble.
Sometimes it is something small that feels much bigger in your own head.
That is why support matters.
Paid coaching is wonderful when it is possible.
Peer coaching can also be a brilliant place to start.
The important thing is that you are not trying to untangle everything on your own.
Because sometimes someone else can see the simple thing you have been making far too big.

Stop comparing.
Compare and despair is not helping anybody.
You are not behind.
You are exactly where you need to be right now.
The problem with comparison is that you are looking at someone else's highlight reel and measuring it against your real life.
Their chapter 25 is not your chapter 5.
Your chapter 5 is not their chapter 25.
Stop the scroll.
Stop the doubt.
Stop the comparing.
That is where you lose your time, your energy and your momentum.
Instead, ask yourself:
What have I done well today?
What progress have I made this week?
What am I proud of that I was not doing a month ago?
Some days success looks like landing a client.
Some days success looks like simply getting up, showing up and keeping going.
If certain accounts leave you feeling discouraged, unfollow them.
Protect your mindset.
Protect your momentum.
You have got this. 💜
Who do you help?
That is one of the first questions your coaching message needs to answer.
Not just what you do.
Not just that you are a coach.
Not just that you can help people.
Who specifically do you help and what are the problems they are facing?
When your message is clear, people can recognise themselves in it.
They can see that you understand where they are stuck.
They can see that you may be the right person to help them move forward.
If your coaching message feels too broad, start here.
Name the person.
Name the problem.
Make the next step easier to understand.
Successful coaches do not wait for everything to be perfect.
They do not wait for the perfect website.
They do not wait for the book to be finished.
They do not wait for the perfect moment.
They start.
That does not mean they have no fear.
It means they understand that clarity often comes from action.
You can adjust a message.
You can improve a website.
You can refine an offer.
You can build your confidence as you go.
But you cannot build momentum while you are waiting on the sidelines.
Start with the next simple step.
You are spending all this time doing your social media posts getting out on LinkedIn getting them to your newsletter that you don't send.
So you've gotta draw a line in the sand You've gotta stop and you've got to start doing it.
So the first thing is reconnect.
