²⁰²¹ RECAP ✨

The word “ Evexia” means well-being in Greek. I started this business with an intention to create events that would add value to peoples lives in the area of health and wellness.
I wanted to look at the well-being of people in a holistic approach!
That’s why in July 2021 I organised with the help of a few good friends our very first fundraiser to help raise money for ! Their goal is end world hunger through their programs such as education, Microfinance and health!

We held a sustainable kitchen workshop and .your.health shared some insightful knowledge around gut health and ways to better your lifestyle through your food choices!
did a presentation on how we can better the well-being of the planet through recycling and the dos and don’ts! She also shared the mission of and how we can do our part for the environment.

My part in this event other than organising it was to cater a delicious wholesome healthy meal for our guests! Since the theme was health and sustainability I used readily available WA grown ingredients to make a delicious warm Sri Lankan curry , which I did a brief video demonstration for the guests.
