Freshly made up orders- how gorgeous are these!! 😻 The first jar is a 950ml Kilner brand that holds around 100g of mixed fruit, the second jar is ‘Old Fashioned’ brand and holds over 110g of mixed fruit.

It’s nearly the weekend ! So show us your cocktail pics! This was a little experiment using Mr Consistent cosmo mix, Perth Gin, and garnished with one of our dehydrated Lemon slices and some coconut sugar on the rim…
I’d love to see your creations!
Making my usual protein shake this morning and I had an idea- lets add some REAL flavour- and a bit of extra vitamin C
So here’s the recipe:
One or two slices of Positano sunsets dehydrated orange
* One scoop of your favourite protein powder-I used vanilla
* One chopped frozen banana
* 300ml chilled water
Blitz in your nutribullet or blender
Then add a handful of ice and one teaspoon of chia seeds
Shake and enjoy!
