Do you want to build inner resilience, strength of mind, body, and spirit, self-trust, love and confidence, remove daily doubt, and overall increase your holistic degree of wellness? π§ββοΈ π (I think we all do, even if we donβt realise it.)
Then choose something simple that you know deep inside is nourishing, like being in bed by 10pm each night or eating a light dinner before bed to aid your digestion, sleep and rejuvenation for the day ahead, or engaging in some revitalizing exercise each day to get your blood and energy flowingβ¦and then repeat it over and over again. πββοΈ
I canβt say it enough π
π Repetition = the bricks that build bridges in your brain. Repetition makes connections and connections take us from where we are to where we want to go. π π
Just choose 1 thing to start and be simple about it, like youβre just following an instruction manual for putting lego together, step by step. π£
Try not to complicate things and the results will be magical. π β¨

Sharing a gentle reminder today for those of you out there that may need it, including myself, that sometimes it is indeed truly time to stop pushing towards perfection, absolute certainty, total control, whatever the upstream struggleβ¦and just rest, honour your beautiful effort and then let it be, meant to be. β¨

Do you have a regular meditation practice? π§ββοΈ
If not, we highly recommend looking into giving one a try. Meditation is a fantastic way to enliven and establish the fulfilling inner and outer shift in our life journey that we are all naturally moving towards. π
There are so many wonderful types of meditation. Our favorite is (TM). TM is a simple, natural, effortless way to allow the mind to go beyond the active waves of thought and settle deeply inward, recharging us ready to go out into the world and achieve whatever it is we desire in life. β¨

It sure does for me. In my experience when my heart is aligned with my environment, my relationships, my behaviours, my thoughts, my feelings, and ultimately with my true higher self, then doubt, anxiety, insecurity, uncertainty, fear all start to melt away. βοΈ
