I've loved NST from the beginning - during my sessions with clients over the past year I've seen so many people feel more ease in their nervous system, feel anxiety soften, sleep improve, feel less agitation and more peace. Pains have drifted away, and posture shifts, as they feel more present in their body and mind.

I've now finished my first level of training and am fully fledged, ready to fly.

If you experience any kind of nervous system dysregulation, if you feel generalised anxiety, social anxiety, feel like you're in a state of stress wehn there's no reason to be...if you know you're likely ADHD or on the spectrum, or your kids are - some and try a few sessions, and see how much simply working with the nervous system through gentle bodywork (Bowen-Style) can help shift how you feel in your body.

Sessions are best experienced in succession for best results, I recommend at least 3 - 4, one a week, before reassessing and gradually reducing frequency to maintenance, often monthly - quarterly once a shift is established and holding.

I offer 60min sessions for adults, and 25min sessions for kids. I can run two tables at once, so you can bring 2 kids together, or bring an older child alongside your own session (14+) so you can both experience the benefit of feeling more regulated, together.

$50 for 1hr NeuroStructural Integration! (a kind of Bowen meets Osteo) For final 3 weeks of terms only...and then I'll have finished level 1 (yaay)

Kids are $10 each (20min), and I can work with 2 at a time! Bring them in after school, you'll be in and out within 30min.
2 adults at a time are $50 together (just for the next 3 weeks!!) for 1 hr.

This is an amazing nervous system modality, so so good for those running on stress, dysregulated nervous systems wired towards tension, anxiety, hypervigiliance, constantly on alert, am i safe...or just busy life, busy mind, tense body, thoughts awhilrling around....body aching...

Amazing for families where that stress or dysregulation is running through everyone.

The feedback I'm getting is around feeling calmer, quiet mind, big drops in anxiety, better focus, feeling embodied. Big improvements in sleep, kids feeling calmer, happier, in their body, and more settled,

This term I'll be completing my certification for NST Level One, so I need some people who are keen to commit to a MINIMUM of 4 sessions for term 4, (max 9 sessions) at $50 / session.
