November 2022 I spent weeks perfecting my family pho recipes to sell pho kits to strangers. I had no idea what I was doing & most of the time I still don't.

What I do know is; this has been a true adventure - to watch an idea go from just words/thoughts in the kitchen testing, cooking, refining day after day to it now being a tangible reality, will always be amazing to me & I know I couldn't have done this without my husband who is the most supportive human I know... from tasting a million spoons of broth to wiping a million tears, while we had a 7month old baby he's an 😇

I'm humbled for the opportunity to be providing heat and enjoy Vietnamese healthy meals to the aged care community and existing customers launching February 2025, a privilege that fills with me with purpose and gratitude. I'm ready for whatever comes next 🥹

On 9th of October we welcomed our beautiful son, Reuben!

It's been a dream. It's been hard. It's been the most chaotic, joy-filled, challenging, exciting and super exhausting time but a reminder that family are my everything ❤️

I'm excited to return now as a mum of two and to watch how this new chapter expands and deepens the power of my mission and the way I work.

As I ease back into opening Saigon Cook again, you'll notice a lot of changes! Due to my schedule, I won't be returning to the farmers' market but will be accepting orders online. Sorry I’ve been very quiet on here but as some of you know I’m expecting a baby in October 👶🏻🍼

I can assure you that this is not the end of Saigon Cook and will be back in 2025! Thank you to every single person for their support to date. This is just a short momentary pause while I focus on myself and pregnancy ☺️
