Now that I’ve had a few days bed rest and finally resurfacing back to the land of the living, I want to give my sincerest gratitude & love to all those who made what seemed impossible, possible. Words cannot begin to describe how special that headlining performance at was, and it was every single one of you: fans, friends, loved ones and an incredible crew, who made it a show we will never ever forget.

First of all, to one of my most beautiful, dearest and oldest friends; our fearless and effervescent leader and frontman : your strength, hunger, tenacity and desire to live and live fully and fearlessly is infectious, inspiring and drives me to push through my own struggles. I love you and you absolutely killed it ❤️

, and ; the other 3/5’s of my oldest and dearest friends: I love you and I will never take for granted that I still get to share these precious and incredible moments with y’all. May we continue to run the same ridiculous jokes into the ground and act like big kids together for many more years to come ❤️

the best manager and lady boss anyone could ask for. But above all that, family that we love beyond measure. Thank you to you and for not only everything you do, but lighting that little spark to get us to play this year.

and .primaterra we wouldn’t look and sound anywhere near as good without your tireless work. We love having you as part of team V and here’s to (hopefully) doing that again soon

a far too short reunion, but sharing it together was incredible. A true friend from afar, much love ❤️

Lastly, to every single fan who came to the show, spoiled us with gifts and treats, sung and cried their hearts out alongside us and who’ve sent us all their love, well wishes, prayers and support not only at Euroblast, but over the last 2 years: You have no idea what it’s meant to us, and I am eternally grateful ❤️🙏

Now to continue reanimating and rejuvenating this co**se of mine and getting back to living and loving life!! 💪❤️

💜Happy Valentines Day💜 for those of us living with chronic illness and dynamic disabilities like Migraine, it can be a day of heightened sensory exposure. In my case, it’s a date with my guitar & little Mocha with a nice drop of coconut water (thanks for the Valentines themed Wheatbag Kaizen 😉), and of course the help of my glasses to help filter that pesky blue, amber and red light and letting in green light to take the edge off the light sensitivity, along with my other toolkit essentials.

However you’re spending your day, I hope you’re having a max spoon day, you manage to avoid all the sensory trappings that can come with this love filled day of celebration, and if you’re single like me, you’re surrounded by your fur babies and loved ones ❤️

This past weekend I had a wonderful mini relaxing getaway with my fam (reunited with our boss lady and ) in Margaret River, and it was exactly what we all needed. It’s insane how much I’ve missed the nonsense we have together when we tour, so doing something special like this was a great little appetiser to keep us going ☺️

Big thanks to for the lovely wine and cheese tasting. I don’t get to do things like that very often due to the noggin (and sadly I did pay for it, but managed to catch it with medications before it really kicked off!), so sometimes it’s nice to just say “screw it!” and deal with the consequences later ;)

I hope we get to do this together again sooner than later ❤️

Not a bad rehearsal view at all 😎! Can’t wait to play Saturday night with my bruv’s in at at HBF Park. Soundcheck was rad and it was so cool hearing .music playing alongside us for Promise! Can’t wait to see y’all there :)

Slinky riffs will be back next week, it’s just been a hard slog juggling my health with this heatwave and V/work commitments.

Thank you my wonderful family for helping me celebrate my milestone birthday on Saturday. I know I’ve said it already, but I’ve had such a wonderful and heart warming time. You’ve all spoilt me rotten with such thoughtful gifts and memories I’ll cherish for the rest of my life ❤️
