I started skipping this week, it felt good.
The health benefits of cardio for heart health, jumping for bone density and the coordination challenge is great but it's also really fun!!! At the time I happened to be listening to and their songs felt really good to jump to. I wondered how many songs they've released and it turns out there are 66 not including rereleases, live releases etc.
So naturally I've decided to jump to a different song of theirs everyday for 66 days and on top of improving my health and having a lot of fun I've decided to turn it into a fundraiser for much needed help for children in Gaza through

Just some thoughts… 👀

I find that when people view exercise as just a tool for weight loss or aesthetic satisfaction, it’s all too easy to skip workouts and lose motivation.

BUT, when it’s thought of as HEALTH? Everything shifts.

Training becomes a wonderful way to care for mental health and lift mood,
a chance to strengthen bones,
muscles, and metabolism,
And a key to aging with strength and longevity.

I also see it as a boost for my brain
and as a precious opportunity to constantly build on discipline and determination.

With these changes in perspective, I see with clients that it becomes much harder to skip a workout, give up, or feel disconnected from exercise.

The clients that “get” this are the clients that I see making real, true, long term progress that’s sustainable.

Why would you wanna miss out on all that cool s**t!!!?!

Just some things to think about when you’re not feeling motivated to move, (which is so normal btw) But I’m telling you…the pros outweigh the cons every. Single. Time.
