My own orthopaedic patient at home. The high-backed chair was delivered today from RPH. I thought Herbert would need this for discharge, as he needs to keep his knees below hip height to prevent dislocating the hip, which can be challenging on a low couch at his height. Let’s see if he uses it as he’s progressing well and ditched the crutches indoors😊

Found a new way to commemorate ANZAC Day with the River Run . The Last Post was played and a minute’s silence before we took off for an 8km run.

I talk with my clients about the importance of having a routine that supports returning to work. Admittedly my own routine needs some tweaking. I’m happy to say that Park Run is now a fixture in my Saturday routine and a non-negotiable 😊
