How to read a story when there's a room full of littles all under 3 who don't quite know how to sit still yet 🤭

Lucky I have long arms.

Some people get a bit antsy when they see this. Oh my, shouldn't they all be sitting on their bottoms, crossed legged, hands in laps?

Yaaaaawn.... how boring! (Also, they're under 3yrs)

Reading should be fun!

I'd much rather be a part of engaging children in a storytime with pop ups, hide & seeks, sensory objects... To be mobbed by a bunch of kids who all want to touch the book is a privilege imho.

Opposed to a disinterested generation who no longer engage with physical books, I'll take some story time chaos any day 🥰

What a privilege it is playing musical games with little ones. I absolutely LOVE making up games for my own kiddos aswell as my students. And we've played a lot today!
