After years of delivering events across the Pilbara through Pilbara Party Hire, we’ve been quietly building the next arm of our business.

Meet WA Event Logistics 🤝

We chose FeNaClNG Festival 2026 for our soft launch, with our team on the ground managing waste operations and resource recovery across one of the Pilbara’s biggest community events.

From keeping the event site moving, to separating waste streams, recovering eligible containers and reducing what ends up in landfill — it’s the work that happens behind the scenes that can make a huge difference to how an event operates. ♻️

But waste and sustainability is only one part of what WA Event Logistics is about.

Built to operate statewide, WA Event Logistics will provide the operational muscle behind events across Western Australia — including event management, site operations, logistics, waste management, sustainability solutions, water solutions and on-ground event crews.

And importantly, Pilbara Party Hire isn’t going anywhere.

Pilbara Party Hire will remain a core part of our business, continuing to provide event hire and infrastructure throughout the Pilbara.

We’re simply taking the experience we’ve built over the years and creating something capable of going further.
