Look who's presenting!!!
We would like to introduce you to another presenter making the trip to Wongan Hills for the Wheatbelt Early Childhood Educator Professional Development Conference on the 29th of July 2023.
“Hans Boehm founded “ecpd team” bringing 15 years of experience working within early education as an educator, coordinator, pedagogical leader, inclusion facilitator, consultant, and professional practice manager. With a previous corporate life managing large teams and a busy family of 5 children, he loves nothing more than supporting educators to reignite their passion.
Hans currently supports several education services across Australia, coaching educators, presenting workshops as well as collaborating with sector bodies to further education and care practice. He is often referred to as a unicorn being a male in a female-dominated industry, while others described him as a chameleon as he is engaging with all walks of life.
Hans believes in recognising one’s journey in providing a child-first approach, remembering the authentic motivations that brought us all to work with children.”

We are presenting workshops at this event promoting early education careers and also supporting knowledge of those working in regional areas.
According to statistics from the Productivity Commission, the Early Childhood Education and Care sector employs around 140,000 people, of which 3% identify as males.
While the sector is largely female-dominant, we encourage males working in the sector and considering working in the sector not to be deterred by those statistics.
We encourage anyone of any gender to attend our Wheatbelt Early Childhood Educators Conference and will welcome you with open arms.
