DAY THREE OF OUR FUVAHMULAH EXPEDITION 🦈
Today we spent time drifting through the blue in search of pelagic species. Farikede is a plateau at the southern most tip of the island, and is a renown spot for pelagic animals like scalloped hammerheads, thresher sharks and oceanic mantas! Unfortunately today our search was not fruitful, but the next 2 dives were spent around the harbour mouth, with Fuvahmulahs icons, the tiger sharks.

DAY TWO OF OUR FUVAHMULAH EXPEDITION WITH 🦈
Another day of 3 dives meant we got to explore some other sites! First off we visiting the sea fans. These massive gorgonian corals sprawl out from the ocean walls, catching nutrients as it drifts by. Second we went to check up on the tiger sharks to make sure they were behaving, and they were! For our third dive of the day we got a report of an illusive shark that’s been making an appearance so we went on the hunt. Unfortunately the shark remained illusive but hopefully we can show you another day, so we ended that dive exploring the reef 🪸

DAY ONE OF OUR FUVAHMULAH EXPEDITION!
And what a day it was!

The vibes were on, and so was the wildlife! 3 incredible dives. We got to explore the beautiful reef, as well as spot the elusive pelagic thresher shark (video to come!) as well as see around 20 tigers on the tiger dive! Who knows what else Fuvahmulah has to offer!

There’s still last minute spots for our second expedition (from the 14th to the 21st December), we’ll also be here the whole time so dates are flexible! If you want to experience the jewel of the Maldives now’s the time! Flick us a message for more info!
