If you need to cancel or reschedule your clean in December for any reason or you’re going away on holidays please let us know within the next week so we can fill your spot with someone waiting for a December clean. We have been receiving a lot of late payments lately and we just want to note that all invoices are to be paid within 24 hours, please send a screenshot of the payments within this time frame. If payment is not received within 24hrs and proof of payment has not been sent to us, we will issue you an invoice for a $15 late fee. We don’t want to have to do this but unfortunately late payments affects our business and home life. Thank you in advance.

We have a regular fortnightly spot for a 2-3 hour clean which will become available on a Thursday for the following areas Eglinton, Shorehaven or Alkimos. If you’re interested please send us a message or email [email protected]

Hi All, just a friendly reminder that we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your clean as it’s very difficult to fill your spot as a casual clean, especially at such short notice. Unfortunately we will have to start charging a cancellation fee of $40 moving forward, as we rely heavily on the income each week to support our family and we can’t have consistent cancellations.

Please note that we understand people need to cancel every now and then due to illness which is understandable.

Also if you know you’re going away on holiday please inform us asap so we have ample of time to temporarily fill your spot. Thank you for your understanding 💗
