We are delighted to announce Echoes of Time,
the first solo exhibition of Sydney-based artist Simone Piccioni in Perth.
A refined and intimate body of work where classical imagery dissolves into dreamlike visions — an exploration of time, memory, and perception, suspended between past and imagination.
Born in Rome, Piccioni’s practice is deeply rooted in the legacy of Renaissance and Baroque painting, shaped by the mastery of light and shadow and the precision of Italian craftsmanship. His move to Australia introduced a new dialogue with landscape, atmosphere, and cultural diversity, expanding his visual language into something both personal and universal.
Through a rigorous “dreamlike realism,” Piccioni transforms complex interiors and still lifes into alchemical spaces — where history, symbolism, and contemporary vision converge.
Finalist and winner of many awards in Australia, his works are held in prestigious collections, including those of the Prince of Qatar, the President of the Italian Republic Giorgio Napolitano, and Bulgari collection.

A meticulous and obsessive visual artist, Berkovitz cuts paper by hand, building precise geometric compositions that echo the vibration of violin strings.
Music has always been his lifelong companion. Between emptiness and fullness — between one note and another — a space is created. That space becomes rhythm, harmony, tension.
Through the obsessive repetition of lines, a visual rhythm emerges: a space where observing becomes listening.
An observational musical space.

ARTE ARECHI and OFFMARKET Gallery are pleased to present Electronic Soundscapes, a solo exhibition by David Berkovitz.
Part of Perth Design Week.
Sound becomes structure.
Rhythm becomes image.
Matter becomes atmosphere.
In this body of work, David Berkovitz translates sonic principles into visual form. Repetition, interruption, and density generate spatial resonance, transforming surface into a field of perceptual tension.
The exhibition invites viewers into a measured, immersive environment where material presence and atmospheric expansion coexist.
