This class aims to help you experience movement in a way that you enjoy, to music that you love and feel connected to. It’s an opportunity for us DnB fans to get together, get a bit of exercise, have fun, get some feel good hormones running through our bodies, and have a laugh. A transformative exercise and dance experience designed to utilise the power of drum & bass music and movement to elevate
