The initiative brings together co workers, families, friends, and communities to raise vital funds for cancer research whilst increasing awareness and support for people impacted by cancer.

We’re grateful to contribute to such an important cause and to spend the morning coming together as a team in support of those affected by cancer. Every conversation, donation, and shared cup of tea helps make a difference.

Vend Property on behalf of Centuria is proud to announce the successful sale of 160 Chester Pass Road, Albany.

The property comprises a single title with a total land area of 13,478 sqm, encompassing a 4,518 sqm Large Format Retail centre, leased to national retailers including JB-Hi Fi & Anaconda. The property was sold on a 6.15% passing yield.

Vend are proud members of the Large Format Retail Association (LFRA), and our Director of Sales and Leasing, Paul Davison, recently had the pleasure of attending the LFRA Overseas Study Tour in Denver and Phoenix, USA!

The tour provided Paul and fellow Australian delegates with valuable insight into the continued evolution of the Large Format Retail industry in the United States, including emerging trends, innovations, and strategies shaping the sector. It also offered an opportunity to explore how these developments may influence and help inform the future direction of the Large Format Retail industry within the Australian climate.

Breaking Ground! ⚠️ 👷‍♂️

Development for Karratha's first dedicated Large Format Retail Centre "Gap Ridge Local" is underway! On Tuesday, Managing Director Jeff Klopper visited the precinct, which is set to transform the retail landscape of Karratha, delivering home improvement, lifestyle, and leisure retailers to the local community.

The precinct will be home to Bunnings, BCF, Sydney Tools, RSEA, Supercheap Auto, Repco, Red Dot Home and more!

It's been a pleasure collaborating with Development WA, City of Karratha, QDC, Flying Fox Media, Pilbara News, Karratha District Chamber of Commerce, MP Legal and Pacific Finance Australia on this project.
