Capel Transport is seeking a motivated and reliable Office Administrator / All Rounder to join our growing transport and logistics team based in Welshpool.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to help wherever needed.

# # # About the Role

Your day-to-day duties may include:

* General office administration
* Answering phones and customer enquiries
* Data entry and processing paperwork
* POD scanning and filing
* Assisting with invoicing and accounts administration
* Booking and allocating freight jobs
* Liaising with drivers and warehouse staff
* Customer service and operational support
* Assisting management with daily tasks

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

* Previous administration or transport industry experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to handle a busy work environment
