📢 Cash Rate Update: February 2025

Great news for mortgage holders 🎉 Today, the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) cut the official cash rate, dropping it from 4.35% to 4.10%.

This long-awaited drop comes as inflation falls to a level the RBA is comfortable with, and wage pressures have eased.

This marks the first rate cut since November 2020, after rates remained at 4.35% since November 2023. The RBA had kept rates high to tame inflation without triggering a recession, but the wait is finally over.

After 13 rate hikes since May 2022, homeowners can now breathe easier. If you’re coming off a fixed rate this year, this cut could mean lower repayments than expected. 🏠💰

Earlier this month we held our Nectar Wellness Morning to raise funds for the Children’s Cancer Institute!

We had such a wonderful morning filled with Pilates, breakfast and mimosas followed by a silent auction and raffle 🧘‍♀️🎉

We raised over $5200 for CCIA!

We are very excited to be hosting a wellness morning fundraiser with brunch, instructed by Anna from Kindred Wellness .w.pilates! 🧘‍♀️

We would love for you to join us for a wholesome morning of mat Pilates, good food and drinks to connect and get a great workout in! ✔️

My Home Series 🏡

Living in Madora Bay and having a partner who is big on his surf culture ( if you haven’t checked his stuff out) we had to find some ‘surfy’ pieces to fit into our coastal home!

One day I was scrolling through marketplace and found these two awesome pieces from , Megan is a young girl restoring old fibreglass surfboards and turning them into art pieces! She is saving the world on board at a time and creating the most awesome artwork 🏄‍♀️
Megan is a Mandurah local, so if you are ever looking for some unique art, check her stuff out 🌊

We managed to grab two boards off her, one sitting in our living room (palm print), and the other in our patio by our pool. They both compliment our house perfectly 🏡 (I am struggling to not buy more 🤪)
