Came in for a better deadlift, left with a new internal voice.
“Push the ground away”, now lives rent free in my head.

But also…Fab is not wrong.
Mastering the conventional deadlift is one of the most rewarding exercises you can do in the gym.

At SETS, we’re big on doing it right. Protecting your form so you get results and stay injury free.
Using these cues will help our members maximise their deadlift potential.
So yes…you will hear it 100 times but that’s kinda
