Onsite estimating

1) Ceiling, Wall ,Facade which includes plasterboard, stud and track, insulation, external cladding types, as per drawings, specifications, acoustic reports and contract documentation.

2) Floor and wall Tiling which includes Ceramic, Porcelain and Stone.

I am based in Perth so you will be dealing with someone local and not overseas.

a) I download the documents.

b) review all docs including acoustic reports, fire reports, specs and drawings.

c) colour code all take offs

d) take of all quantities and price materials and labour if required.
