While off course I promote breastfeeding (hence lactation cookies πͺ but really, I believe fed is best, regardless of whether you feed your baby formula or breastfeed or both!)... the use of breastmilk in this video has gone a bit too far π

While I do think that Breastfeeding is great and easier than bottle feeding (definitely NOT something I used to think with baby #1), this image is very relatable and fortunately, breastfeeding did get easier for babies #2 and #3 π₯°

I love to keep ribbons from gifts I receive and then give them extra life by reusing them on our cookie bixes, wherever possible β€ it's a little extra touch that makes it just a bit more special to receive

Today's cookies included biscoff, classic choc chip and Nutella choc chip!
Biscoff lactation cookies include the biscoff spread aswell as crushed biscoff cookies for some extra crunch π

This was me yesterday, a cookie monster π A busy day, skipped breakfast, then when hunger struck, I ate 4 lactation cookies in quick succession π They were delicious, kept me full, and well, my almost 7 month old was happy π

There are many things breastfeeding mum's can do to try increasing their milk supply.
Drinking plenty of water is really important and is good in many ways.
Oatmeal is often listed as a good food to eat to increase milk supply and features in our delicious Lactation Cookies!
