Little throw back Thursday and a recap of .
As we had two shows back to back, changes where made and the improvements speak for themselves with both and claiming overall champions π
We worked extremely close for these two weeks to a point where I felt like I was becoming annoying π
.
I became obsessed with analysing how they would react to individual foods and was quick to make adjustments to gain even that extra 1%, Which this sport is all about.
Itβs a blend of art and science when you see something working you move and adapt to it.

Romanian Deadlift
To start the Romanian deadlift, stand with the bar or weight in your hands as opposed to the floor.
Slowly lower the weight with a slight bend in your knees, bending at the hips and keeping your back straight.
Lower until you feel a slight stretch in your hamstrings β usually when the weight has just passed your knees β then drive your hips forwards and use your hamstrings to power back up to standing
