“Which dental treatment should I choose?”

It’s one of the most common questions we hear — and the answer isn’t always simple.

🦷 If a tooth is worn or damaged, fillings or crowns may be discussed to provide support.
🦷 If a tooth is missing, implants or dentures might be considered.

And if the concern is mostly about appearance, options like veneers or whitening may be explored.

Every smile is different. The right option usually depends on your oral health, daily habits, and long-term goals.

If you’re unsure where to start, let’s have a chat about your options at your next visit. 💬

Wondering if veneers might be an option for you? 🦷

They’re often discussed for people who feel their teeth look uneven or worn — and who have healthy gums and stable teeth.

Sometimes it’s not about rushing into treatment. It’s about exploring what’s possible and understanding your options first.

If you’ve been curious about veneers, let’s talk it through at your next visit.

New dentures and eating feels different? That’s completely normal. 🦷

Dentures sit on the gums, so your mouth needs time to adjust. Different bite pressure and food textures can feel unfamiliar at first.

Give it time — your mouth is learning something new.

Love means looking after the things that matter — including a missing tooth. 🦷

When a tooth is lost, it’s not just about the gap you can see. It can affect how your bite feels, how your jaw is supported, and how your mouth functions day to day.

Dental implants are one option used to replace missing teeth. Planning always considers bone support and how everything works together — because your smile is part of a bigger picture.

If you’ve been putting off asking about it, this is your gentle reminder. 💬 Chat with us about dental implants at your next visit.

𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁? 🤔

Some of our favourite drinks and snacks can leave their mark on your smile over time.

Take coffee, for example—it’s dark and acidic, which means it can lead to surface discolouration.

Other culprits?

𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 like blueberries and blackberries can also stain your enamel, and 𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮 has tannins that might slowly change your teeth’s natural shade.

Want to keep your smile bright? The best defence is prevention!

𝗗𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁? 🤔

There’s a myth that every wisdom tooth must be removed—but that’s not always true!

The truth is, it really depends on their position and whether they’re causing problems.

If your wisdom teeth are 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 and 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲, there’s often no need for removal. But if they cause 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, or 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, that’s a sign they might need attention.

Have questions about your wisdom teeth?

𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁 and make sure you’re on the right track.
