North Coogee now finished.

North Coogee now complete! This was a great project to deliver, we had some challenges due to the nearby railway which required vibration isolation pads to be installed, this caused a delay on the program due to specialised procurement of these components.

The loss of time was resolved by strong market conditions which allowed us to maintain development margins, keeping all stakeholders informed and happy.

It was a pleasure to work with the buyers and introduce each other. There is a real community being created, after all that’s what’s it’s all about. Now on to the next one.

Our latest projection north Coogee is close to practical completion. The project ran about 4 months over due to a requirement of installing vibration mounts because of the adjoining railway. The market is very strong and we made up any shortfall with additional revenue from the in sold apartments at the time so the development margin was maintained and improved upon.

So we have the worst rental crisis in the country. It won’t stop. Only a catastrophic event will stop the housing crisis. So we have pivoted to add dual key and co living projects. Our clients are getting upwards of 16% returns on simple developments.
